As a pluralistic counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic, Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy works best when built on trust. I hope we can build that trust together. We’ll explore not only the knowledge and experience I bring, but also the strengths and resources you already have, finding ways to harness them effectively in your journey.
I value creativity and welcome the whole self, mind, body, and spirit, into the counselling space. Metaphors and analogies often help make sense of complex emotions, and I see therapy as a journey. In our sessions, we’ll map the inner landscape of your life: understanding what shaped its mountains and valleys, how its well-worn paths were formed, and where new routes might lead.
My aim is to help you process your experiences, clarify your goals, and step into your role as an active agent of change-empowered to create the shifts you want in your life.
